Service Description
Captain D.C. will pick you up directly from the Seminole boat dock. The boat will be clean and ready for you to depart at your schedule time. Pay for parking is required, so please plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments: All bookings require full or partial payment to reserve your charter date. Cancellations by Guest:     •    7+ days before trip: Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.     •    3–6 days before trip: 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% credit toward another trip.     •    Less than 3 days before trip / No-show: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible at the captain’s discretion. Cancellations by Captain / Unsafe Conditions:     •    If the trip is canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Trip Rescheduling:     •    We encourage guests to reschedule rather than cancel when possible. Reschedules are subject to availability. Special Notes:     •    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.     •    Additional fees for special requests or equipment are non-refundable.
