Fresh n’ Salty Charters – Refund Policy
Booking & Payments:
All bookings require full or partial payment to reserve your charter date.
Cancellations by Guest:
• 7+ days before trip: Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
• 3–6 days before trip: 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% credit toward another trip.
• Less than 3 days before trip / No-show: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible at the captain’s discretion.
Cancellations by Captain / Unsafe Conditions:
• If the trip is canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Trip Rescheduling:
• We encourage guests to reschedule rather than cancel when possible. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Special Notes:
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Additional fees for special requests or equipment are non-refundable.
