Fresh n’ Salty Charters – Liability Acknowledgment

 

I acknowledge that fishing and boating involve risks, including slips, falls, weather, hooks, marine life, injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Fresh n’ Salty Charters, the captain, and crew from any claims or liability arising from this trip.

 

I agree to follow all safety instructions and understand that unsafe behavior or intoxication may result in termination of the trip without refund.
